Drew Chadwick

Drew leads FIL’s product development, quality control and regulatory compliance. His extensive and varied career has a strong scientific focus having worked in pathology, chemical and oil manufacturing, natural products, milk processing before joining FIL as Technical Manager in 2009.

Drew’s experience and specialist knowledge enables strong flexibility and innovation when it comes to developing FIL’s chemical products for the rural marketplace. Based out of the Mount Maunganui manufacturing site, Drew says he “enjoys working for a New Zealand based company that has great people, culture and facilities”.

Outside of work, Drew has a keen interest in motorcycling, fishing, diving and playing guitar.

Drew holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry & Physics and also completed a Master’s in Technology Management.
