Greg Duncan

Servicing the mighty Waikato - Greg is well and truly embedded in prime dairying country.

Being an Area Manager for over 20 years, Greg is one of our most experienced team members. He has worked with generations of clients and says that he likes “the practical side of the job most, getting the overalls on and troubleshooting milk quality issues or animal health problems”.

His area has a big variation in farm size. “From the family owner-operated business to the companies owning multiple farms” and he knows that every milking plant and environment is unique, requiring tailored solutions to problems farmers face daily.

Coming from a solid dairy farming background - where Greg and his wife worked their way up through the sharemilking system through to farm ownership - he finds it rewarding “dealing with farmers” and looks forward to many more years as part of the FIL team.

When he’s not out there working, he can be found relaxing at the beach or restoring old cars.
