Emma Griffin

Emma is the Marketing Coordinator at the FIL Head Office in Mount Maunganui.

With a Certificate in Animal Technology, Emma has previously worked in the dairy industry as a calf rearer and Veterinary Technician.

After transitioning to Marketing and a brief stint in the Real Estate industry, Emma has a strong background in social media and client relations.

Having started her role at FIL in March 2023, Emma says she’s excited about being part of a great team and culture and relishes the opportunity to get out in the field and meet dairy farmers.

Emma plays a pivotal role in coordinating Field Days, running advertising campaigns, and managing FIL’s social media accounts.

Outside of work, you can find Emma and her husband soaking up the best of NZ - surfing the beautiful Mount Maunganui coast, heading out of town to find another great camping spot, or simply enjoying the great outdoors.
