Tania Earnshaw

Tania's journey in agriculture began growing up on her family farm in Reporoa. Throughout her career, she has been involved in Young Farmers and Dairy Women's Network.

Tania's dedication to the agricultural sector is evident through her experience in delivering Agri training through Land Based Training. She understands the importance of ongoing learning and development, and she is committed to helping farmers expand their knowledge.

After spending time on a large farm in Canterbury, Tania joined QCONZ and covered the Eastern Bay of Plenty. Now, she is excited to be back in the South Waikato-Matamata region, serving as your new Area Manager.
