Fraser Stewart

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Management from Lincoln University and coming from a solid Sales and Account Management background, Fraser is back to his roots in Northern Canterbury. He reckons it’s a “pretty special part of NZ” with loads of outdoor lifestyle opportunities. But it’s not without its challenges, and a large part of Fraser’s role is assisting farmers with mastitis prevention.

Working with Farm Medix testing, Fraser says that he has been achieving some “really positive outcomes for farmers”, which is rewarding for both parties. Alongside his experience with animal hygiene and health, he knows that having FIL’s knowledgeable staff and innovative products at his side is a bonus too.

Once caught a little off-guard, cleaning a soiled milk-line just before milking (early on in his career with FIL) Fraser really knows the value of timing… and for the record, he got the line cleaned just as the cows were rolling up!

When he’s not trying to master the art of surfcasting, Fraser enjoys spending time with his family at the beach.
